Sessions
Each session is 55 minutes and offered through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to meet from the comfort of home while staying fully protected and in compliance with state regulations in both Florida and Colorado. If you're located in Florida, in-person sessions may also be an option. Evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Cost
The standard fee is $175 per session. Limited sliding scale spots are available for those who qualify.

Insurance & Payment Options
I don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus on your goals without the restrictions or required diagnoses that often come with insurance-based care. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through SimplePractice. Most major credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
