Sessions are offered virtually in Colorado, and both virtually and in-person in Florida.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're used to keeping it all together. But this space is different. It's private, grounded, and intentionally created so you can show up exactly as you are. No masks. No shame. Just a soft place to land.

I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaboration. You’ll never be told what to do or pushed into something that doesn’t feel right. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits you, your goals, your pace, and your needs. Whether you're here to manage anxiety, build confidence, unpack patterns, or just finally have a place to process, it’s your voice that guides the work.

This is also a space where real connection matters. I bring clinical training and years of experience to our work, but I also bring my humanity. You can cry. You can be quiet. You can laugh (yes, that happens too). Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone anymore.

When You're Ready

Once you reach out, I’ll follow up with a brief consultation call so we can talk about what’s bringing you in and make sure we’re a good fit. From there, you can decide if you’d like to move forward—no pressure, just a chance to connect.

Sessions are 55 minutes and offered virtually for clients across Florida and Colorado. If you're in the Tampa Bay area, in-person options may be available. Evening and Saturday appointments are offered to better fit into real life.
